RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. After 14 days from the receipt of goods, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The goods must also be in the original packaging.
If You cancel, We will reimburse to you all payments received from you for the goods and delivery but not the return postage costs. To complete your return, Contact Us, we shall require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must not delay in the return of the goods and should send them back within 14 days of when You informed Us of Your decision to cancel.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by You. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:
a) 14 days after the day We receive back from you any goods supplied, or
b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day You provided evidence that You have returned the goods
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account as refunds may take up to 5 working days processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
