"Welcome to the Triassic" is the first in a series of illustrative children’s books by debut illustrator Eleanor "Eli" Western a recent graduate in Illustration from the University of Falmouth.
Eli is currently working towards illustrating and publishing with Fossil Coast Books a further three books exploring the Jurassic and Cretaceous Period fossil records of Devon and Dorset as well as discovering the megafauna of woolly mammoth, cave bears and sabre-toothed cats that once lived in the South West of England
during the Ice Age.

Look out for, "Welcome to the Jurassic" for Christmas 2023 featuring the Charmouth Crocodile and the huge ferocious Weymouth Bay Pliosaur.
